I wouldn't text him. If he hasn't replied to any in the past what makes you think he will reply now? Unless he is one of the few who doesn't have unlimited texting, then I'd say it is just an excuse. Seems like he has you on the back-burner. If he liked you and wanted to talk to you and see you then he would definitely reply. If he wants to get in touch with you he has your phone number and he's friends with you on facebook. Even if he isn't a texting kind of person - he could still send you a fb message or write on your wall. Those kinds of things aren't that difficult and aren't time consuming. Don't keep sending him text messages when he won't reply. That just seems kind of like a game. If he wants to get in touch with you, he can and will.
