India Discrimination in England?

I read somewhere in net that England discriminate Indians. Why? Just because we are not so much rich and lives in under developing country and we are not local resident of England? My friend lives in New Delhi. He said that many Americans, Europeans, Germans and Asians lives there in his neighborhood who works in New Delhi but we don't discriminate them even they are not local Indians. Germany is also developed country but they don't discriminate us in fact many Germans speaks fluent Hindi (Indian Lang), But why England?
