Name the 80's movie where a guy pretends to be a girl in a sorority house.?

I saw the movie many many years ago. Can't remember the name, but the actor looked like a young Robert Downey Jr. I checked IMDB, but I can't find the movie. All I remember is that this guy dresses as a girl to be admitted into a girl sorority house.
