Sorry this is really long but need help please ? Why is he ignoring me?

Maybe after you took time to decide if you wanted to date him it hurt his feelings or something and now he doesn't want to go through that again. that has happened to me before with a guy, in my case he never changed his mind and though he wanted to be friends that was it.
