My Ipod Touch isn't syncing with my computer?

I just got an Ipod 2 in March. It now doesn't want to sync to iTunes on my computer. I uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes and I reset my Ipod, but its still not working. I brought it to an Apple Store and they said just to uninstall and reinstall iTunes. PLEASE HELP! ASAP
