Marches and trying to lose 11lbs before enlisting...?

So I need to drop 11lbs before I can enlist. I do work out already everyday. I also do ruck marches once a week with a 50lb pack. Usually go for about 2hrs. I was wondering if changing this to doing it everyday would be beneficial, or should I just stick to say an extra 30min. of cardio? Need some suggestions/help, would love to shed it real fast so I can enlist and then continue my normal training for the months ahead leading up to boot camp.
