Is robert downey jr really smoking again?

I saw an interview on Jay Leno from october 2010 RDJ was on and he said that he was smoking again but that he would quit or whatever. Has he quit already or is he still doing it? because that's so frustrating that he got away from all of that and now he's starting to go back.
